Payment Methods
No transactions are processed on our server. There are two payment options at our checkout:
Credit card / debit card
This is handled by Woocommerce Payments which is powered by Stripe Once an order is placed your information will be passed to Stripe for secure payment processing. We don’t handle or store credit card information directly on our server. Any stored information is handled by Woocommerce Payments and Stripe.
Transactions will take place under the Stripe Terms of Service
PayPal
This is handled by PayPal and customers can either pay from their PayPal account or use a debt or credit card. Once an order is placed your information will be passed to PayPal for secure payment processing.

Printing & Delivery
All printing on demand orders from premearleague.co.uk are handled by Printful
Your shopping basket on premierleague.co.uk displays the goods you have chosen, The delivery costs and times may vary depending on location and product. Our store is integrated to Printful and once payment is made at checkout, the order will be passed on and handled by Printful

Hand Crafted Items
Some hand crafted items on our store will be handled by us using Royal Mail
We will check and package the items and once handed to Royal Mail we no longer hold any responsibility for the items.
Returns policy on hand crafted items
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund of the purchase price. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Costs to ship returns back to us are soley the responsibility of the customer. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and be in good resalable condition. Items cannot be altered in any way. If an item needs to be returned, please email us at ears@premearleague.co.uk You will need to provide us with your name, order number and name of item being returned. We will issue a credit upon receipt of the item. If an item is used, damaged or not in the original packaging, we retain the right to refuse a refund.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE YOUR PACKAGE IF YOU ARE RETURNING IT VIA THE UK POSTAL SERVICE. DAMAGE INCURRED DURING THE RETURN SHIPMENT BACK TO US WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND WILL RESULT IN A VOIDED CREDIT.

Reporting Damage Merchandise
We ensure that all products are inspected before shipping and packaged in protective packaging. If you have received an item that was damaged, please e-mail us immediately at ears@premearleague.co.uk We will need to know what type of damage was incurred during postage. We will also need to know the condition of the shipping box. We will instruct you as to what needs to be done with the damaged item. Damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 5 business days from receipt of order. We accept no responsibility for damage incurred during postage or from your use of the item.
International Delivery for hand crafted items
The cost for international delivery is calculated at our checkout based on your order and destination. We aim to ship your goods within 2 working days of recieving your order.
International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail using Standard, Signed, or Tracked and Signed delivery, depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times from Royal Mail
Delivery to Europe within three to five working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world within five to seven working days.
Hand crafted items
Please not that hand crafted items may take longer to be shipped. If we don’t have these in stock when ordered please allow us an extra 2- 3 days to produce.
